Karina is a devoted member of Divine Visitation Assemblies. She is admitted to the bar to practice law in Barbados. She is the Elder and head of the Tribe of Dan and is responsible for ensuring effective management of a vibrant legal department. Karina overseas agreements and contracts for all business activities. She also provides legal advice on legal matters concerning business ventures. She is further responsible for the recruitment of attorneys and future team members. The clientele includes international, regional and local persons and financial institutions. She affirms that great team leadership be maintained. She is involved in projects and has experience on matters of varying nature.

 

Karina has a wealth of experience in areas such as civil law. Her work profile includes conducting civil matters, Conveyance, Debt collections, Personal Injury, Fatal accident claims, Mental Health matters, Commercial matters, Incorporations, Employment matters, Probate and Estates, Family law and Criminal law.  Her legal task has included consultations, letters, attending both Magistrate and High Court, Court of Appeal, drafting and preparing legal documents, agreements, preparing Wills, power of attorney, deed of gift, tenancy agreements and other legal agreements.
