Pastor Juanita A. Birchwood is an Elder at Divine Visitation Assemblies and the Satellite Pastor of DVA Gall Hill. She is a worship leader, musician singer and songwriter. She is trained in Holistic Counselling from the Harvesters Ministerial Mentorship Centre and a "12 Spheres of Leadership" coach and speaker. She is a certified chaplain with a Chaplaincy Diploma from the Canadian International Chaplaincy Association.

She is a graduate of the PomMarine Institute located in Barbados and attained an Associate Degree in Hospitality Studies. In addition, she furthered her studies at The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, where she attained a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management.

She is the founder and C.E.O of JuanEats; a company that specialises in gluten-free and grain-free products especially for those who suffer with severe gluten intolerance.
